RecommendedLast evening I purchased my first brand new car at Port City Nissan. A 2019 Nissan Kicks. Javier was our salesman, and he was awesome!! I was in a pinch to get a car and hadn’t had luck the last few times when I went out car shopping, whether it was too high of prices, rude or aggressive sales people. If you’re looking for a friendly sales guy (yes they exist!!) & a positive overall car shopping experience - ask for Javier!!
Not a good customer service they can’t help me out they sent me an email yesterday stating they want my car with savings of $11000 and can buy my car up to 120% over the KBB value what a joke they say with my negative equity can’t help me and they have a program to refinance your vehicle to lower you’re current payments on your vehicle that’s a joke also if they want to make a deal on you can they can do what ever they can to put a deal together how can a person ever to move up the time you have equity in a vehicle and the v... read more
