They are not honest and I urge people to reconsider when looking for a used car from them. We purchased two used vehicles from them. After being told one of the vehicle's had had work done on it, a deal and subsequent purchase was made. The work was not done. When called on that the dealership offered money, but not even half of the amount of what they were supposed to have done in the first place. What a shame! Don't trust them! They told me they performed service that was never done. They offered me half the amount as "a favor not an admission of guilt" after I wouldn't drop it and I didn't take it. Happy to provide proof if you need.
My husband and I went in to Port City Nissan last night. We worked with Tyler, and he was amazing. We didn't feel pressured to walk out of there with a car. But in the end Tyler was able to put my family in a Rogue! Thank you Tyler and Port City Nissan for you help!
