the sevice department is above board prices are but mechanics do an excellent job and they do waht you ask
So I bought my Frontier there which was a great sales department but there is a reason I only have 3 stars. There service department is a rip off they call you and tell you what they recommend and if you tell them no they do it anyways. Then they told me they I needed front brakes and rotors but when I get there they charged me for front and back brakes and rotors. I called them from Standish Maine about a car, made the appointment to be there at 6:30 pm. Drove down , hour drive, only for them to come out and say they sold it. No reason why they could not have called me. I told the saleswoman I had an hour drive. Very unprofessional.
I would recommend Port City Nissan to everyone! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I leave the dealership with my new Nissan Rogue, I also left confident about their team standing behind any problems or concerns I may have in the future. Justin was hands down the best sales person I have ever worked with!
Everything done in a professional and timely manner. Very courteous, informative and accommodating sales associates. Invoices are explained. Not pushy!!! Been shopping there since 1979.
Great sales team, especially Noah Bly! He was very helpful and explained everything in detail about my new car! Love my Altima! Go see them at Port City Nissan! Glad I did!
