I have purchased many vehicle's in my life from numerous dealerships. I have had the most pleasant experience doing business with Port City and have purchased over 10 vehicles from them. The sales staff is professional and not over aggressive and service Department is fair in there pricing and will go out of there way to help you. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend Port City for there professionalism.
I purchased a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder from this shit hole biggest mistake I ever made the transmission blew up with less then 100k on it.7years old and a big waste of 45grand.i tried getting reimbursed through Nissan and they blew me off just like a blown tranny. I will never purchase a Nissan EVER again
We first went to port city a year and a half ago and I got a juke, absolutely loved it, but at the time we weren't expecting to have another baby, yesterday my husband and I went and traded in the juke for a rogue, very happy with the upgrade, we dealt with the salesman Justin both times and he is absolutely the best, very knowledgeable and friendly. Just travelled 45 minutes to view a car which I confirmed an appointment with the day before, received a confirmation call this morning and they still have posted on AutoTrader, gone. Really not happy.
Such a bad experience - they emailed us an internet quote of $13500 and actual 'final' quote at the dealership was $16900 - how does that make people happy to buy from you all? poorly poorly done
Had such a great experience leasing my first Nissan with the help of Justin! He really "sold" me on the car by teaching me the ins and outs of the car BEFORE I signed for it, unlike the other dealerships I went to. Can't wait for my lease to be up so I can come back!!
