I had a wonderful experience today at Port City Nissan! I had to have my Altima towed there due to a malfunction with the push start button. Nate in the service department was able to loan me another Altima so that I could get to work. He called to update me on the progress of my car twice and worked hard to get me a great price for the parts that I needed. He turned a frustrating and long day into a much more pleasant experience. I'll be back for any of my next services! Thank you to Nate and the rest of the service team!!
This dealership totally rocks! Exceptional professionalism and customer service at every turn and from everyone on staff. I shopped all over for a new Juke and nowhere comes close to how well I have been treated...and how happy I am with my new purchase, a very cool 2016 Juke in the Yellow Stinger edition! From the first contact with Megan and Katherine, through to Derek and Charlie on the sales team, to Chris in Finance, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
