Let me start by saying the service department is the best I have been to. Gregg and Jason always give exemplary customer service. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the sales department. Today we had the most horrible experience at Port City Nissan. We made an appointment to buy out our lease for noon, when we got there the sales clerk asked if we made an appointment with the service department (we were unaware that we had to).
