Everyone was so nice and friendly at Port City Nissan. They understood what I wanted and what my budget was. Never felt pushed into buying a car I was not happy with. Would 100% go back!
Let me start by saying the service department is the best I have been to. Gregg and Jason always give exemplary customer service. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the sales department. Today we had the most horrible experience at Port City Nissan. We made an appointment to buy out our lease for noon, when we got there the sales clerk asked if we made an appointment with the service department (we were unaware that we had to). Justin was the best guy to help me and my fiancé get into a new car! He was totally understanding and could relate to us in more ways then one.
