This is probably the “best” hotel to stay in this town. But the air conditioning/heat/fan didn’t work in the room. The room got stuffy and musty at night i actually felt sick. There is no screen on the slider door so mosquitos came in, so I could not leave it open. Not to mention being on the ground floor by the water and a sign inside saying to lock the door so people don’t come in. Looks like homeless live on the water a few yards from the hotel. Last year we installed 40 new AC units and are going to install more this year. We have also placed portable fans at the front desk for guest use. I had a leisurely lunch at the Crab House while waiting for my husband to get out of a business meeting. The shrimp Alfredo was wonderful as was the ambience. But the best part was the friendliness and attentiveness of the wait staff. Beth was especially nice and made my dining experience great. Thank you we’ll stop in again soon.

Food was okay. Service was good until just nefore leaving I found out my card was charged twice. I have tried calling twice to get this fixed but always get answering service of person I need to talk to and she won't return my phone calls or reverse amount of second charge. I will leave negative review on every site possible and if money is ever returned, I will not return or recommend.

Get the 2nd floor ocean view. Such a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are very nice, the buffet breakfast is delicious, so make sure you get the free breakfast. You can hear the waves crash on the rocks if you leave the sliding glass open.

We didnt know nothing about having to have a credit cause no one was told! But the gentlemen that checked us in was very understanding and just told us that we couldnt order room services etc. Which was fine any way loved the water veiw so pretty early in the morning!!! It was nice very friendly service all the way around
It was a very nice stay! Quiet and perfect! The beds are so comfortable!! I’ve had some really uncomfortable beds at hotels before but this was awesome! We stayed here for a little early birthday gift and had dinner near by. It was amazing having the water right there, hearing the waves splashing while on a quiet walk, and right outside the Hotel.
