Everything was ready when I arrived at my prearranged appointment. I was met by the service rep who was extremely courteous and helpful. Loaner was ready and brought to me. Service was completed on time and was completely reviewed by service rep and technician. Car was clean and runs great
My wife carried her 2017 Macan S in for a 20,000 mile basic oil change and bi-annual inspection. The invoice for this service was $752.15. This same bi-annual service for a Lexus LS460 at Johnson Lexus is $362, A standard synthetic oil change is less than $150. I personally showed the invoice to Brooks Bateson (Service Advisor), and was informed that this is what Porsche at Southpoint charges and expect the 40,000 mile service to about $1,800. Very fun experience purchasing a car from Porsche Southpoint. Our salesman, Roy Roth, was great to work with. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the car, he was passionate about Porsche, making the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend them.
Somehow I stumbled in and met Kim Smith. In no time at all I was driving my new truck. Even though the dealership does not normally carry used trucks, Kim and his coworkers treated me like I was an excellent customer and an old friend. They took care of all my needs and concerns. I would by there again no question. I would send my momma there if she would drive a Porsche!
