Took Porsche Cayenne Turbo S in for service and they misdiagnosed and changed a major part and charged me. When they discovered after change that was not the issue, they could not remove and return the part, so they left the new part in, found and fixed the real problem and reimbursed me. That is some solid business ethics in action at a cost of close to $3,000 to them. Needless to say, I find Performance, its management and staff commendable and admirable.
