I bought a Macan out of state and this dealership has been horrible to work with. They couldn’t get my car registered in 60 days so all temp tags have expired and the car is just sitting parked. They won’t even send the paperwork I’ve asked for repeatedly. Worst car dealership I have had. Not what I was expecting from Porsche
Great communication from the service department: the coordinator let me know from start to finish and in between what was happening to my Cayman. Especially the concerns that I had brought up. They noticed that my state inspection had lapsed and requested that they take care of that. Also a car wash before handing the car back to me. Very pleasant experience.

Great buying experience with Roy! No high pressure sales tactics, no walking back and forth multiple times to get to the right price, no bashing of the competitors product. 😂Roy sold the vehicle on its merits and was experienced with meeting the needs of both my wife and I since we were evaluating different aspects of the vehicle. Everyone practiced social distancing yet ensured we were comfortable and educated on the car’s features. This was one of the best experiences ever in buying a car. Thanks Roy!

Have purchased two Porsche’s from Southpoint and had all service performed by the dealer, excellent customer relationship and service
I recently purchased my first pre-loved Porsche on May 5th and obtained the best experience so far while purchasing a vehicle. I was honestly treated like family or better yet royalty. I took a one way flight from Atlanta GA and was greeted at the airport by my sales Rep in a beautiful Porsche Taycan Turbo. I was then taken to a hotel in another 2020 Porsche 911 Turbo and then picked back up the next morning in a 2020 Porsche Panamera Turbo. This wasn't done because I was buying a 6 figure car. During the stay at home order the batteries in my Boster and Panamera died and needed replacement. Porsche Southpoint sent a technician to our house and replaced both batteries on site. Now, this is not only outstanding service, it is also helping the community in these uncertain times. Thank you!
