Great service, service advisor kept me in the loop throughout the process, and cleaned my car!
It took five visits for the same problem and even after the HEV. battery lost 30% of capacity still would acknowledge a faulty HEV battery. Turns out two battery modules dead and a controller. Porsche does not want to deal with HEV battery faults until forced.to.
