Not a fan of 'ambassadors' (or dealerships) that actively age profile potential buyers.
I cannot imagine the humiliation that "the kid" felt when your salespeople treated him with such discrimination. It blows my mind that you would treat ANYONE with such unprofessionalism. You're a Porsche dealership and a representative of the Porsche brand. Expect both dreamers and young, serious customers. But you have to treat everyone with the high level of service expected from a brand like Porsche. Doesn't matter whether you are making a sale that day or not.
