Make the scheduler works! I scheduled to have the State Inspection done but had to wait hours for it anyway.
I took my car in for service and Becky McDonald was my service advisor. I was going to wait for my car but Becky anticipated my needs and was able to provide me a loaner car. I had a busy day at work and needed to get back. She called me as soon as my car was ready and I was able to pick it up prior to rush hour. I live in Dallas now but prefer this dealership so willing to drive the extra miles because of the exceptional service they provide. Just these little things go such a long way.
