I took my car in for service and Becky McDonald was my service advisor. I was going to wait for my car but Becky anticipated my needs and was able to provide me a loaner car. I had a busy day at work and needed to get back. She called me as soon as my car was ready and I was able to pick it up prior to rush hour.
