Worked with Mark Laurenzi at the dealership on this purchase. If you are an engineer at heart and want to talk tech and engines and want to understand in detail how this car works on the inside, this is the guy to talk to. Other reps I spoke to are more of your "well, what color you want?" This is the guy who can answer the real questions about the car. I highly recommend this guy. I've been smiling ear to ear driving my 911 4S I picked up this last Saturday.

Super service and help throughout the purchase process. I can't imagine going elsewhere. They really listen.
Every time I take my cars for service at Porsche Plano, I'm so impressed by the service received. As I drive up, I'm greeted by Isaac, who is so friendly and ensures that I'm taken care of as quickly as possible. The waiting room is comfortable and we'll stocked with snacks and drinks as well. And after all is said and done, they even hand clean my cars before sending me on my wau:. I've been using them for 4 years now and have always had top notch service... Again, a special shout out to Isaac!!
Previously my Porsche has been service by the other Porsche dealer in Dallas. The service I received at Plano Porsche far exceeded my expectations. I wish I would have come here first, the other Porsche dealer should take lessons from Plano Porsche. Outstanding service, communication and they treat their customers like they matter! Thank you Plano Porsche and specifically John Gladwill, outstanding service! He is by far the best in the business!

The sale as and service staff are knowledgeable and friendly and helpful and treat customers with respect. They hold special events for customers.
Make the scheduler works! I scheduled to have the State Inspection done but had to wait hours for it anyway.
