I want to start by saying, I do not have a problem with Baker, as I did buy my 2020 Macan from Porsche Wilmington, who is owned by Baker, but I did have a negative experience at Porsche of Charleston. I took my 2018 GTS to Porsche Bellevue for my 10000 service on 01/17/2020. I was in and out in a bit over 2 hours. Everything was lovely. Free coffe, etc. The building was clean and beautiful. But for my main purpose, getting the oil change, etc they failed me. I drove my car back to Seattle to and by the time I got there, I had the oil warning message in the photo below. RecommendedExcellent experience! I called to get my car serviced. The call was answered immediately with no hold time and I was able to set up an apt in less than 15 secs. The apt was scheduled within days and I got a loaner without aggravation. (very different experience from prior dealer). Yesterday was when apt scheduled and Eric, who was waiting for me upon arrival to help me, was extremely efficient and professional. I got there at 8:30am. RecommendedThe sales staff is excellent (you rock Andy Perez!) and the after-sale service is spot-on. We purchased a pre-owned Macan S that had an almost imperceptible rattling in the engine compartment and the service crew nailed it - all systems GO now.
