Sorry, worst experience I had with Porsche so far. Called service in September 2019 because I got two recalls for my Panamera. They told me that they would have to order parts first and I left name, phone number and VIN. I never ever got a call back. In the meantime I got everything done at an other Porsche dealer ….

He knew the product well and gave me balanced advice to find the right vehicle for my evolving needs. He took my first 911 in on a trade and - knowing how much I’d want to know - followed up with me weeks later to show me the vehicle all cleaned up and with its new owners!
