Chris Cavazos in Service is great. He always checks when I'm booking some maintenance to see if I need a loaner or a ride. If I need a ride the dealer arranges for a ride service and pays them. They wash my car before giving it back to me and even clean the floor mats when they do. Courteous, communicative, upfront about difficulties and expected later maintenance. Outstanding!
Worked with Mark Laurenzi at the dealership on this purchase. If you are an engineer at heart and want to talk tech and engines and want to understand in detail how this car works on the inside, this is the guy to talk to. Other reps I spoke to are more of your "well, what color you want?" This is the guy who can answer the real questions about the car. I highly recommend this guy. I've been smiling ear to ear driving my 911 4S I picked up this last Saturday.
