I've tried calling their service desk several times over the course of this/last week and no one ever answers. I finally got someone in customer service and she took my details and said they'd call me but that was 3 days ago so I ain't holding my breath. I'm new to Dallas so I guess I won't be using them for servicing my Porsche or any new additions to my garage.
