Terrible service! Not worth spending your money where they cannot even do a tint without wrecking the car first. An accident can happen to everyone but when you are a luxury car service and cannot repair damage that was caused only an hour after the car was left at your premises it is obvious that customer service is not priority!
Awesome buying experience, and they proactively fixed and replaced parts on the car before purchase.
very horrible and unprofessional experience. I didnt feel welcomed when I came to this location. The saleman named Chris didnt try hard to help me to buy a car at all. It took him 3 weeks to work on my case, and while working on it, he asked for some documents which I found very unnecessary. After I provided him what he needed, I called him several times about my case and he just ignored me, and left my case hanging. They need to be honest and upfront about there practices. Plus, it takes weeks to get a loaner car there. I would try another dealership, not this one
I will never buy another car from this dealership. My experience with them is nothing but problems. I’m not going into all the details, but buyer beware!!! They will sell you car with promises they can not deliver on.
Mark Laurenzi was great! Best experience in buying a car in my 30 years of buying cars. Went very smooth without a hitch. He spent so much time with me explaining all the features of the car and he was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends.
