Technically I would give them a 2.5. My vehicle got fixed and they did me a "favor " by picking up a portion of the cost of a known issue. Note, an issue that the service representative said should be a recall issue. Problem is that Porsche typically repairs these in warranty and mine is super low miles so it went bad right after. If you are a serious Porsche enthusiast or collector DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought 2004 911 Turbo X50 Cab with assurance ALL systems fully functional on the car - and paid their asking price. They shipped the car to me in NC with inoperable rear spoiler and after many calls and emails told me to go away. Do not employ them for PPI. This was intentional despite Sales assurances in writing. Great service provided. Ask for Isaac or Tim when getting serviced. They know their shit, and always professional. I've never had any problems or paid for service I didn't need.
Best service on my GT3 that I have ever experienced. John Gladwill is top notch - goes above and beyond to make sure the service is +1.
