I scheduled a time to test drive an Audi TT. I arrived on time and had to wait about 45 minutes for the rep to meet with me and arrange the test drive. After the bad first impression the rep ended up being satisfactory. He went over how everything works and allowed my wife and myself to take it out on the road. If it was not for the bad first impression, I would have rated it higher.
The experience was OK but the manager could have been friendly and taken a little more interest in communication.
