There's more to my story, but here's the gist of it. Contacted them when car was going for $5500. Asked if they'd go down on the price because I could see maybe as much as $1000 in needed work. Was told the car was sold. It's now back and, you guessed it, for $1000 more. Probably had nothing to do with it but still not nice to tell me it was sold when it wasn't.
Carmina was as pleasant as anyone could be. She explained the whole process and never left us waiting with questions. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Wayne was very nice. He showed me the car at 5:45 when they close at 6. He worked with the numbers so I could afford the car and all over the phone since he is 2 houre away from me
