I recently purchased a 2017 Panamera. After owning it for less than a month, it died in front of my neighborhood. This is the first time I've owned a vehicle that quit on me to the point where I could not drive it. Once the vehicle was dropped off with Dillon, he kept consistent, clear communication with me throughout the process. I just bought a new set of Michelins for my 2014 Cayenne Turbo S from Dillon at Porsche of Nashville, and would recommend getting your tires for your Porsche or any car from them. Dillon was thoughtful, caring and professional in handling the transaction and the price was actually better than other competitors. Service is receiving my 5 star review. Great customer service, friendly and helpful. If I was reviewing sales it would be a one, only because you cannot leave zero stars. Spent more than 30 min without one person acknowledging us and MANY salespeople passed us by. I guess they didn’t think we were buyers. Unfortunately the loss was theirs as we both bought the next week at another dealership.

The folks in Porsche of Nashville's Service Dept. did a great job for me this week. After finding 4 loose parts in the storage compartment for my convertible top I dropped my Porsche off to have them look at it. On the way back home I remembered 2 other items I needed them to examine. One was a faint squeak in the dashboard behind the steering wheel and the other was a noise in the front trunk.
