Took my new (to me) Panamera in for a multi point inspection and to check out a weird vibration I felt at idle...setting up the appointment was quick and easy and the service team was great from the moment I pulled up, to the great communication during the day, and all the way to picking up my car. Was in town visiting relatives and took my 10-year-old son in just to “look” at his favorite cars. He was so surprised to see a GT3RS and wanted his picture next to it. The staff were so nice as he smiled, albeit nervously, next to it. Thanks for making his day!!! Time to start saving. 😎
I ended buying 911 from out of state dealership since the one I wanted was not available at Porsche of Brentwood, but Jason had gave his best service answering my questions during my visit and calls. I definitely will come to this place for the maintenance service!!!
I am new to owning a Porsche so I really didn't know what to expect. The service department did an outstanding job with servicing my car and explaining everything to me. Chandler was outstanding!! We were traveling from out of the area in our Cayenne and needed a tire on a Saturday. Dillon was the model of what an SA should be- patient, careful to explain the options without being pushy, and overall very helpful. Everyone there is so helpful! They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the part on my Cayenne S so the issue would never happen again, and DID NOT CHARGE ME despite it being 10,000 miles out of warranty, because it was the right thing to do. I would not go anywhere else.
