Made an appointment because of a fault message that popped up. Service had a loaner car ready so I could run some errands while the car was in the shop..... it could not have been any easier.
My 911 was towed in late on a Sunday night with a flat rear tire (ran over a piece of metal in the road). At 7:30 Monday morning I called the Service Dept. and was surprised to learn that they had already looked at my car and had it in the shop. The Service Writer was patient with me as I went over all the service that was needed (it was due for the 40K mile service). Great customer service and very professional staff. I took my car in for a wheel balance and alignment, I was very pleased with the outcome. I'm a Porsche enthusiasts, so naturally I stayed a while to look around in the show room and chat with the staff. Everyone I talked to was just as enthusiastic about the brand and very informative!
Of the nine Porsche dealers I've had service with or bought Porsches (4 of them) from, Porsche of Nashville is tied for first place with the former Brumos Porsche of Atlanta. I recommend it to all of my friends in the Porsche Club of America. I even drive from Clarksville to Brentwood, past other Porsche service mechanics, to have my mechanical work done. And Nick Gwozdz is a wizard!
