I am very unhappy with Sonic Automotive and Porsche of Nashville's customer service. I purchased a 2010 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4 wheel drive 6.4 liter V-8 and within 24 hours is when the trouble begins. Requested help and and I feel like they brushed me off. By the third visit was told they are not diesel mechanics. Upon speaking with management they agreed to diagnose and test drive my truck. They advised the vehicle drove fine. Poor service
We had the opportunity to visit the new facility recently. Above and beyond the amazing facility housing breathtaking cars was the top notch staff. It is truly inspiring to see a group of people so passionate about the product they sell and service.
Good place to buy a new Porsche although you may get a better deal if you went to Atlanta . Not a good place to bring your car for service . They lost there experienced tech and now all they have are inexperienced young kids . Sory truth hurts . Management is poor at best and don't expect an intelegent answer if you call the service department . These are only observations I made in the last 22 years and are only my opinion .
