Service dept supposedly diagnosed my Porsche 987 and said it needed couple very costly parts (plus few hours costly labor). I had my doubts about this opinion so searched Rennlist for recommended Porsche indy shops in Atl area. Turns out Rocco's in North Marietta diagnosed and corrected problem in 20 minutes with no parts required to fix issue. Beware. Get a second opinion.
We just bought a gorgeous 2023 Porsche Macan S from Jay Mcottry at Porsche of Chattanooga. Jay was so great to work with that as we were shopping around for the specific color and model that checked all our boxes, we found one online that happened to get traded in at their sister dealership in Knoxville, so we called Jay. Phenomenal customer experience. Dealers often ask for a review - aggressively - as soon as you complete a purchase from them. Of course you had a good customer experience while spending $100-300k, they were massively incentivized to give you one. The service department sent me videos of the work that they did on my car which truly provides peace of mind as they go over everything they do to your car. The entire staff at this particular dealership is amazing. They know their product and they all go out of their way to ensure that you have all your needs met. From the front door to the exit this dealership provides top notch service 10 out of 10 recommend. !!
