I was the first appointment of the day and explained to Nathan that my morning had just gotten complicated and I needed to get in and out pretty quickly. He asked the parts department to begin pulling parts and sent a text to the tech to let him know I was in a time crunch. My service was done in 47 minutes and I was on my way. I really appreciated his customer service!
