Great job responding and even on the weekend. I advised that rep that I was looking at another car and did not need the previously requested information. However, she still responded and followed up. To me that was next level service because she could have just said ok or nothing. I will definitely keep them on my short list for my Porsche 911 purchase. That’s because of this extra step.

very helpful and attentive
The salesperson I spoke to, Pierre, told me a week ago the car was sold. However, the buyer had not taken delivery. He said he would let me know if the buyer had picked it up. He didn't. I did find out after several contacts with others at the dealer that, during this week, the car had been delivered. During these contacts I asked direct questions and was given vague answers. My experience has been one of a lack of follow up and a lack of transparency.

Very extremely unprofessional no warranty with the $60,000 purchase cannot take it to my mechanic that poor dealer will never last that’s not how you sell vehicles
