The staff was very professional
Have no idea anything about Porsche or exact cars they selling, sent me spec list and no longer replied for almost a week. I sent follow up - nothing . Hiding the exact condition of the car everything I asked was not provided asked to start a purchase process he transferred back to David who is not responding. What is the purpose of sales managers if they even can’t do paperwork, I am not even talking about understanding the cars they selling. They responded back quickly. Turned out the car was sold. I'm dealing with them about another car. They're professiona,l got back promptly and Close to a deal.
We agreed on the terms and I gave a deposit. The finance manager told us to Zoom on Friday. I waited the entire day with no response. I told them to refund my $5,000 deposit; today is Friday and yet I still haven't received my refund. They took a day to process my money and told me the refund was processed on Monday. Not only did they treat me like a joke, but they also mishandled my money. It seems if you are Asian, don't go to a white Porsche dealership; apparently, they are rude and racist.
