We agreed on the terms and I gave a deposit. The finance manager told us to Zoom on Friday. I waited the entire day with no response. I told them to refund my $5,000 deposit; today is Friday and yet I still haven't received my refund. They took a day to process my money and told me the refund was processed on Monday. Not only did they treat me like a joke, but they also mishandled my money. It seems if you are Asian, don't go to a white Porsche dealership; apparently, they are rude and racist.

Porsche Southpoint went up and beyond any dealer I have dealt with. Closed the deal for a 2023 911 over the phone and they drove it from Durham to Atlanta to make delivery. Highly recommend Ian on the sales side. Did a great job in getting it done.
