Inquired on vehicle last week. Was told vehicle was sold (which I appreciated) then received several of the same auto-emails from the dealership asking how to make process less “hassle free” so I said it would be helpful if they removed sold inventory. Tried calling dealership to verify it was sold, no answer. Received a response back to the dealership that they’d remove me from their database but continue to advertise the sold vehicles at attractive prices. Top shelf experience, second time buying there , from reception gal to sales and finance everyone was excellent. When I showed for the test drive, car was up front running and all warmed up on a frigid morning . Highly recommend this dealership and Jim Horgos.
Steve Starnes is so helpful, even when the car sold before I got a chance. He still helped me with some other information for me to buy from somewhere else.
Steve and Tony were both extremely helpful and accommodating. They were knowledgeable and patient as I move through the process.
