Excellent service at Porsche Irvine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is great if you have to wait.
Although there were issues with my service reservation including a loaner car and that not being available when I arrived and the service advisor Tom not being available to set up the service when I arrived so I had to wait 15 minutes, there were two individuals that do deserve a five star review. The greeter Marcus was very accommodating, friendly and professional as well as being informative. He made the experience better. Brennen was also very good. The vehicle listed was not for sale. It was an error made. The dealer called me to explain and then worked with me on a list of the vehicles that I am interested in.
I had an excellent experience at Porsche Irvine, the facility was amazing. The staff was very professional and attentive, the sales person Mark was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was diligent on following up with me, I initially went to purchase a Bentley and ended up buying a Landrover thanks to Dan Comouche the General Manager. I highly recommend Porsche Irvine to my family and friends.
This was the least painless car buying experience I have had. The price and warranty explained. Sign the papers and out the door. Friendly and efficient folks.
