Never had any dealership like this. When I called, the dealership only had automated system and went around over and over. While saying "your call is important to us" no one bothered to answer the phone, even the operator. Don't know how this dealership survives. Unimaginable!
Actually, the hardest part was making the appointment. I called for 4 days in a row, leaving messages (2 with live persons) and no one got back to me. Finally had to go directly to the dealership and spoke with the general manager. Once there and he heard my complaint, they took care of me right away, gave me a loaner, and the car was done within a couple of hours. He assured me this wouldn't happen again. Still on the fence regarding this dealership...
These guys know their cars, are friendly and not snooty or pushy and are actually helpful and answer your questions without hesitation. They have an incredible toy store I mean selection..
I did buy a Porsche but a used 2015 Mazda CX-5. Geoffrey Fish and Ash were so helping getting me in this car. I am a resent widow and was a bit intimidated in purchasing a car alone let alone at a Porsche dealership. I let them what I could put down, they got me some money on my 2005 car & it was more than I was expecting. They truly made the experience easy & believe they got me in a good car with a great deal. Thank you for my new car !
