My service was left incomplete, and I was told to drive my car home after the loaner was taken away. Very dissatisfied
RecommendedGreat service team. Recently moved back to CA from TX and needed an oil change. Jonathan Lewis was my service advisor and did a great job. During the inspection, my Cayenne needed a warranty repair so Jonathan set me up with a loaner car. I like the way Porsche takes care of any issues so the vehicle always runs like new - I wasn't even aware of the warranty issue but it was fixed before it became a problem. Recommendedit was an easy and friendly experience to buy the vehicle I choose. However, at the time of purchase, this past Sunday, there was only one key available for the SUV. I was told a mechanic had the 2nd key locked in his locker. Still waiting for the dealer to contact me about getting the 2nd key to me.

Paid for a used car they just need to fix a few issues. They “fixed” the issue with clear caulking. Then said if I don’t accept the fix they were going to sell the car I already owned and paid for to an employee who wanted it. Stay far away from this place.
