Indira was amazing! My vehicle was driving horrible. Thought it was time to put it out to pasture. She made sure one of the top mechanics looked at it, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. It drives like a new car now!!! While it took some time for the repairs, I was given a Macan to use during the time. Thank you, Indira, the amazing mechanic who repaired the car, and Champion!

I'm overwhelmed by the amazing service. Both Lyza & Beth are total pros. Beth made room for an appointment on a busy week. Lyza sent me a free Uber back to my office & had the car washed!!! I brought my new Lucid Air in for a NYS inspection sticker. I was floored by the professionalism & customer service. Many thanks!! I guess my next car will be a Porsche EV! Highly recommend all around.
I had some issues with my car purchase. Once I explained the situation to Thad Jones; he was right on top of the situation, and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
I would like you to receive much better treatment, considering it's a brand like Porsche and what a customer expects from their brand and their dealer. I feel like they're selling Porsches as if they were Hyundais. I'm not including Marco in this comment, as he was always very attentive and friendly.

I dont know if it is possible to make it easier. I didn't have an appointment and it was not a problem. They offered me a free Uber to my office. They had to hold the car overnight as there was 2 recalls I didn't know. Unfortunately I would not be in town the next day to pick up the vehicle. So they offered to drive it to my house and park it in my driveway and leave the keys with my wife at home. Only 10 dollars foe the state inspection and I was done.
