The service before the car is delivered and after is second to none. The car is completed before you expect it and is professionally cleaned. Reached out and contacted James Giniweicz based on reviews that I read. Great guy to deal with. Communicated well and spent time doing a video walk around of the car I was interested in. Easy process to buy the car. One suggestion would be go to some form of electronic document signing to speed up the process. That’s just a small thing. Looking forward to getting my CPO 2019 Panamera 4s delivered.
Convenient location, professional staff, reasonably priced. Great value for your money. Highly recommend service advisor David Feldman. He’s a pleasure to deal with, & above all he doesn’t try to fleece you unlike other dealerships.
I needed a tire replaced due to a road hazard and Jefry was able to squeeze me in unscheduled. I was emailed a video from the assigned technician indicating the various additional checks he carried out as well (tread depth, brake pad thickness, etc). I was very impressed and pleased with my customer experience.
David is great! Very helpful resolving a problem right before thanksgiving weekend when they closed early.
