I have been a customer for about 15 years, through three Porsches and only have my service performed here. They have always worked hard to keep the cost down. The service area is immaculate . I needed brake pads for my Cayenne. Phoned service on Friday and was quoted $3600.00 at the least. Today I had brakes and rotors installed L/M $1625.00 extremely disappointed with this company now. What away to treat a customer. So much for next purchase of car, or recommending others to buy from Parsippany Porsche. To attempt to rip me off. Now lost 100K of future sale's.
