Paul Miller Porsche is a poor representation of the Porsche brand. After I paid for all services rendered, I expected that I would pick up my custom Porsche Cayenne in a better condition than the way it was taken there for mechanical service. **VIDEO IN COMMENTS SECTION** This location gave us back the car in POOR CONDITION last night. The car aesthetic was not in that condition. I have posted the video every where and corporate is aware of this disastrous situation. For them to have done this to us, this has to be their first time they chose to deliver such poor service and they did it to a black man. The service manager, Mike. The Sales Manager, Tom chose not to help by responding extremely rude. Unbelievable.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever done business with. I bought a used car with them (which I had to wait for because the check engine light came on during the test drive,) and a week later had to return it because the brakes were shot. Not only did they sell me a car in dangerous condition, but then had the AUDACITY to try to tell me that I managed to ruin the brakes in the week I drove the car!
