Don’t get your car serviced here! Purchased my car here 2 years ago, been taking it there for service and making the appointments online. Today’s appointment I was told loaners have to be requested by phone. So there was no loaner for me, service advisor told me that online one recall could be done anyways, like that was helping the situation.
