Craig Burns was amazing to work with and very knowledgable. We were in a tough financing situation for this market. Having an FHA approval and CHFA grant for a down payment. Not a lot of extra money to put into the pot. Craig was very honest with us that with this market and the number of multiple offer situations that we may have to be patient with our search. We used PorchLight to sell our house and it was a very easy process with great return. PorchLight utilizes great materials to sell your house like brochures, and take away pamphlets on the sign. They publish on multiple websites which is great. They also provide someone to help stage your house, cleaners before market day and the photographer did an amazing job with our house pictures!
