Ben Dorland is great! We had a very tight timeline and an even tighter list of home demands.. and Ben delivered. We looked at a bunch of homes but still needed a night to decide. Not kidding, as we discussed our top 2 a couple hours later that night, Ben sent us another option that was exactly what we wanted. We ended up seeing that home (twice) and choosing it. We recently purchased a home and used Kim Bauer through Porchlight and she was fantastic! We were so lucky to find her. Not only did she make the experience fun, she is also super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer our many questions and take great care of us. I would like to personally thanks Andy Maguire for being such a good agent. He took his time to understand our needs and pre-screened the properties by personally visiting the property before showing it to us. That really save us a lot of time by not visiting house that we wouldn't like. He kept us updated and in constant communication with us all the way till closing. He also offered his help post closing. I never met such a dedicated real estate agent. Even the kids like him!
We worked with Andy Maguire to find our first house. He is so incredibly helpful. He really went above and beyond. From helping us get a mortgage broker to recommending an electrician after we moved in, Andy was so helpful. He listened to us and was able to continually refine the houses that we looked at until we found the perfect one (although we ended up only going to out to look twice!) I felt so supported during this whole process and will absolutely sell our home with Andy when we are ready to sell in a few years.
On our first outing to look at potential purchases, Kari told me that she was really good. She's actually really awesome. We put down one offer and we got it and I am now the proud owner of my own condo. She's amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. She's super cool and hands on.
