I have bought and sold a home using two different real estate agents and Katherine Prete at PorchLight was by far the best! Katherine was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel like I was her only client (although I know that wasn't the case). Thaddeus Howells went above and beyond when helping me buy and sell my home in Denver. When I had to move out of state before my house sold, he stepped up and took care ALL of the details and repairs that were requested. He made the selling (and buying) process unbelievabley stress-free.
Stephen Taylor was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He always made sure he was available if a property came on the market that I wanted to see at any time. He was not like some realtors who are pushy and require you sign a Right To Buy contract immediately, which says a lot about him. I would recommend Stephen to anyone looking to buy a house in this crazy Denver market.
