Great burger and beer selection. I’ve heard a lot of great things but for my visit the staff seemed to struggle to keep up with customer orders or to even acknowledge someone walking in, offering a smile...normal customer service.
First and last time I will grabbing food from here unfortunately. My order was a California cheeseburger no ketchup on a ciabatta roll. And the sandwhich I bring home is a piece of meat and slice of cheese on a poppy seed roll? Not even close to a California burger which should be lettuce onion tomato pickles and mayo. I could understand if they were busy but I was the ONLY PERSON in there besides to employees from the time I walked in and ordered to the time I walked out with food. Good quality and quantity food is served here. Great place to stop on your way in or out of New Jersey And or Pennsylvania for a quick bite to eat. Always delicious always satisfied. The Staffing is great very kind very friendly and very helpful. Pop's kitchen is where we stop to rest and regroup to continue on with our traveling. I highly recommend it.
I only ran in to use the restroom on my way to the airport. it was clean, the woman and the man working were friendly pleasant and helpful. It looks tike they have a large beer selection, not a lot of snack choices but hey I’ll take a clean BR and nice humans over just about anything�
Haven't found a better burger in all of my travels! We stop every time we are in Easton!

Pops is excellent!!! Have never been disappointed in any of the food eaten there!! I had their home made chicken soup and it was outstanding!! It doesn’t look like much outside but the food i side is awesome!
