We’ve been before, and had decent burgers. But we came in today at 5:55, & saw a new sign on the door that said due to staffing issues they were closing early for the pandemic on Sundays at 7. Saw the hours had been scratched out on the hot sign. Inside we saw another sign saying the kitchen closes at 6. We approached the counter, waited a minute or two and were abruptly told that they were done for the night. 5:57. There were others waiting around for food it appeared. Disappointing.
Ordered a 1/2 roast beef hoagie with Everything but olives and hot peppers. Got home opened it up and it had nothing but meat,cheese and a very stale hoagie roll. We always had great hoagies from there.

This place has such unbelievable food. Stopped in today for the first time after the farmers market and ordered the Mac daddy burger, Italian pork hero, fries and zucchini fries. Everything was delicious. We sat out at little tables along the side and watched the traffic speed by on the highway (outdoor eating is a must for us with COVID and recent surgery). Will definitely be making this a regular stop whenever we’re in Easton. 10/10 recommend
I was already in love with their burgers, and my wife loves the Jakey, but I just had my first cheesesteak from Pop's and it wasthe best cheesesteak I have had in the valley. Just go and order something. You won't be disappointed!
