The owner and staff are very friendly and are always welcomed here. The cheeseburgers, Philly cheesesteaks, barbecue wings, french fries, and crispy shrimp are delicious!!!

Amazing burger and raw cut fries pay a nice compliment. I have a client nearby that i visit several times a year. Pop's is always part of my plan when i visit.

Really 4.5 stars. Better than a 4 but 5 is perfect. It's the second best burger I've ever had in not only Easton but the entire Lehigh valley and all of PA. Only burger better is Pearly bakers. The fires here are better than Pearly Bakers though. I have to come back for fried chicken when it on special. The quality of food and craft beer selection defies your expectation of this Interstate gas station/convenience store. Portions are generous and quality is top shelf. If a great cheesesteak and a beer is what you're seeking you won't go wrong at Pop's.
I would give 5 stars if your night crew was not as rude as they are 9 I called for 2 salads they told me they where closed and they are suppose to be open till 10 Devon is one of thr workers and she was very rude
