I can't overstate how helpful Poppins was in managing pay for an in-home nanny. In researching ourselves how to manage things like payroll tax withholding, we quickly became overwhelmed at the complexity. Poppins removed all of that, and made regular weekly payments easy and painless, as well as the production of all tax documents. The interface was easy to manage, especially when accounting for things like overtime hours. I would happily recommend Poppins to anyone looking to pay a provider directly for childcare.

Last year I had to hire a caregiver for my mother, and using Poppins simplified the whole process of having a household employee. Poppins took care of filing the right forms at both the federal and state level so that I had to do only a minimal amount of paperwork myself. I'm no longer employing anyone but I would be happy to use Poppins again in the future.

I used Poppins Payroll for my full-time nanny and I only have great things to say about the service. Hiring a nanny was stressful enough; being able to outsource the payroll logistics was a huge relief. Setup was quick, the portal is incredibly easy to use, and it made filing employer taxes a breeze. I even forwarded some government documents concerning my nanny that I couldn't make sense of and they took care of it right away. I have and will continue to recommend to friends in need of payroll services. Best money spent.

Convenient service, easy to use, intuitive interface, timely, courteous, and informative customer service. We've been using PoppinsPay for over a year and it has really simplified the overcomplicated process of paying domestic employees. They've really thought of everything and make the payroll process as low-maintenance as possible. After talking with our friends who tried to do all the paperwork and filings themselves, we are confident that we made the right decision to use this service and that it was worth every penny.

They have saved me hundreds of hours and headaches by setting up direct deposit, quarterly withholding, and taking care of all of my end of year tax forms for my household employee. Poppins payroll has taken the headache out of paying our nanny. I never have to stress about anything tax or payroll related and I simply update her hours at the end of every week and the rest is taken care of. It is so easy to access on my computer and my phone and takes no time to update. I will continue to use as long as I have a nanny!
