Convenient service, easy to use, intuitive interface, timely, courteous, and informative customer service. We've been using PoppinsPay for over a year and it has really simplified the overcomplicated process of paying domestic employees. They've really thought of everything and make the payroll process as low-maintenance as possible. After talking with our friends who tried to do all the paperwork and filings themselves, we are confident that we made the right decision to use this service and that it was worth every penny.

Over the past two years, I have been so impressed with Poppins Payroll. They have saved me hundreds of hours and headaches by setting up direct deposit, quarterly withholding, and taking care of all of my end of year tax forms for my household employee. Poppins payroll has taken the headache out of paying our nanny. I never have to stress about anything tax or payroll related and I simply update her hours at the end of every week and the rest is taken care of. It is so easy to access on my computer and my phone and takes no time to update. I will continue to use as long as I have a nanny!

We've been using Poppins for over two years to pay our nanny and absolutely love it. We are actually in a nanny share so it's even more convenient because both families use it and we can all easily, quickly, and properly account for her payroll from two households. I highly recommend using Poppins over other options on the market (not to mention that Poppins is the least expensive for any type of self-employment payroll and tax service). They have responsive and excellent customer service when you need it too.

They are very nice in their emails. They refuse to send an invoice ahead of withdrawing funds from your bank account. Not getting an invoice about the full amount of money that is about to be withdrawn from your bank account is a great way to end up with NSF charges when, like me, you maintain a separate account with the funds specifically for payment of your nanny.
