We used a different payroll company 7 years ago, which my mother paid for, This time, we had to foot the bill ourselves, so my first concern was affordability. Poppins payroll came up on an online search for good value for the money. Having used them, my biggest takeaway is how responsive they are to questions. ***** was our primary contact and she was greatbest service *** ever experienced from an online service provider.

This company is the best! I was overwhelmed with trying to set up payroll for my mother-in-law's caregiver, especially since I live in ******** and the regulations are complicated. Every contact I had with Poppins was informative and helpful, particularly with ***** ***** who had expertise about ********. I am really grateful that I found Poppins AND the cost was really reasonable.

I used Poppins Payroll for two years for our nanny. They have an awesome product and exceptional customer service. They offer all the ******************** services you need for a household employee without paying a premium for extra bells and whistles that you don't need. The only reason I stopped using Poppins is because they don't offer service in ******, but their customer service team even recommended some other services to consider. Highly recommend!!

After my CPA, of whom I had been a customer of for a while, overcharged and under-performed repeatedly on helping me set up nanny taxes, I was thrilled to be referred to Poppins. They made the process easy and completely stress free for a FRACTION of the price. The customer service gets you a live person quickly and they have state-specific experts you can actually talk to on-hand quickly! Their online portal is easy to use. Wonderful experience!

Great service. We used it for a whole year and everything was so easy and seamless from setting up the account to paying our nanny and even canceling it at the end of year. Their customer service is very responsive and helped us prepare documents for our *** and answered our questions about taxes. We will definitely come back to Poppins if we ever hire a nanny again.

I used Poppins Payroll for our summer nanny and highly recommend the service. It was easy to set up, transparent on pricing, and the customer service was helpful to help me determine the lowest cost to me way to receive my annual filings. This is my second year using it. There were no mistakes and everything was on time!

I used Poppins Payroll for while we had our nanny for the last ~2.5 years. They were fantastic to work with, took care of all the taxes/filing, handled direct deposit, and were generally very helpful & responsive if I ever needed help (which, because the service is intuitive was almost never). Our twins are now heading off to pre-school, and I honestly might miss Popping Payroll more than our nanny.
