I used Poppins Payroll for two and a half years to manage nanny payroll and taxes. They did an excellent job! Everything was on time and correct. They never made a payroll mistake or a tax mistake. Very happy with their business.

I used Poppins Payroll for while we had our nanny for the last ~2.5 years. They were fantastic to work with, took care of all the taxes/filing, handled direct deposit, and were generally very helpful & responsive if I ever needed help (which, because the service is intuitive was almost never). Our twins are now heading off to pre-school, and I honestly might miss Popping Payroll more than our nanny.

We used Poppins Payroll to pay our nanny. It was well worth the monthly fee. Our payroll was always taken care of and our state and federal tax filings were simple and easy to process. Anytime I had a question I either got a quick email response or a quick email response. They went above and beyond to help me estimate what my yearly taxes owed might be when looking at moving to full time nanny. This is a great company to work with! We highly recommend them!

Poppins Payroll is one of the best services I have ever used. Since day one it's been worry free and they took care of everything I needed for my nanny's payroll. What I love about the service is that "it just works" and it gives you peace of mind. Once it's setup, you have one less thing to worry about. Poppins is reliable, accurate and user friendly. Couldn't be easier to use and I trust them completely. Easy to input data, taxes are filed accurately and documentation is uploaded efficiently. Customer service is honestly exceptional. I've only contacted them a couple of times but they're so friendly, happy to help, and knowledgeable about their service so resolution is fast. Monthly fee is competitive and fair. Would highly recommend.

Poppins has fantastic and prompt service. They are perfect for any household that has a nanny and wants to easily run payroll, get tax forms prepared, and files all your quarterly and other taxes for you and on time. No other way to put it - They are great, easy to use, and will answer any questions you have along the way.

Absolutely trustworthy team of people who are always available to help with your payroll. I just had one household employee but the State managed to regularly misapply or send me notices of payment when there was no actual balance due. Poppins team always immediately responded to assure me the payments were not due and sat on the phone for who knows how long with the state to confirm everything was fine.
