They are very nice in their emails. They refuse to send an invoice ahead of withdrawing funds from your bank account. Not getting an invoice about the full amount of money that is about to be withdrawn from your bank account is a great way to end up with NSF charges when, like me, you maintain a separate account with the funds specifically for payment of your nanny. I've paid Poppins Payroll hundreds of dollars to "manage" my nanny taxes in 2021. Not only did they not impute the correct income as requested via email, or withhold necessary taxes they also did not send a W-2 to my employee. Don't walk RUN someplace else even if they're more expensive. I asked them to make it right or refund my money, and they are willing to do neither.
