I was part of a nanny share from the time my daughter was 3 months through 11 months, then hired my own part-time ***** from when she was 12 months through 22 months. Excellent customer service. Very easy website. Everything is handled seamlessly. Moving on to group care, but can't recommend enough, and if our situation changes, we will definitely use again.
Honestly, this is a very good payroll service. Their online interface is easy to use, and their customer service is excellent. i have experience with other payroll services, and this one is great, particularly for household staff/Nannies.
Poppins Payroll is an absolute gem. They are so good at what they do, they truly make it look effortless and they definitely make life easier for their clients. They have been handling the **************************** for my parents' caregivers for 2 years, and over this period they have delivered consistently outstanding, accurate service with a smile. My only complaint is that they only accept *******************, otherwise I would use them for my business payroll too!!

Poppins delivers a completely seamless experience! I was nervous about taxes and dealing with a household employee on the payroll, but everyone at Poppins put me at ease. And their actual payroll system and website functionality was easy (never had an issue), but perhaps best of all? When I had an urgent question or a time-sensitive concern, I could get a friendly, knowledgeable person on the phone quickly with no phone trees or hassle at all. Excellent all around!
