It was late but food was
I've never had an issue with the food itself from any Popeyes locations. The service here though? Nonexistent. For the past 3 visits there has always been at least 1 thing missing ranging from a chicken sandwich to biscuits. I can't trust the employees to know my order at this point. I also had a situation today where I tried to redeem my points for a sandwich, and was pointed towards the scanner with no words. I scanned and then was told the sandwich was an extra $5.50. A mobile order can’t be that hard to follow its instructions. Pay attention and make quality over quantity. Don’t rush people out the line just for a good queue number, it’s false if you have to do that and it only gets worse if you can’t even make someone’s order right after telling them it’s coming out fresh. Means you’re deleting the tickets too fast. Please Do better.
Everytime I come to this location, something is completely wrong. It’s either a missing side, no ice in drink, wrong sauces, no sauces, missing add-ons, or missing entrees. There’s no reason for my recent order to have a missing side and the wrong sauces when the restaurant is empty. Some employees are also rude and will give you one sauce after they forgot to put them in the bag anyways
I have been calling the number because my order is incorrect so I get it the next day
