Awful experience, had a tech come out to replace a flat tire. He jacked up my vehicle and took a torque drill to it before loosing the lugs and stripped one my bolts. Told me he couldn’t get it off. Left me there with a flat tire, and he forged my signature on the damage wavier. Easily negative 10 stars.
They were fast and did an awesome job. The man that came out was so nice & I really appreciated it- especially with being stressed out because I was locked out of my car
So eager for business they picked up a digital call from ATT roadside assistance so fast it came through while I was still on the phone with ATT support. But when they couldn’t find my 16yr old daughter easily, (Eastbound Creek Turnpike, 4 miles east of I-44) and after two phone calls, they hung up on my daughter and cancelled via text to my wife saying they don’t provide service on the Creek Turnpike. Meanwhile my 16yr old daughter was still waiting on the side of the road.

My wife is a Doctor in Tulsa, she had a flat tire on the way to the hospital to deliver a baby. This took place Friday morning, 05/24. It turns out that the spare tire in her vehicle was flat. Marcus of Pop A Lock of Tulsa totally saved the day. He showed up earlier than the estimated time of arrival, was professional, and very skilled at what he did to get the doctor/my wife running to the hospital to bring a new life into this world! Thank you Marcus for making a very stressful situation Better!!!
